Can a company purchase tenant liability insurance for an individual?
Yes. The buyer, i.e., the policyholder (an individual, legal entity, or organisational unit), can purchase and pay for insurance for another person. However, please note that a company cannot be insured under tenant liability insurance because it covers civil liability in private life.
