In 30 seconds you will generate a link with an invitation for verification, which you can easily send by e-mail, SMS or messenger
02. The tenant will undergo verification
During the three-step verification, the tenant will confirm the identity, income, credit and payment history
03. Receive Tenant Certificate and decide
The result is a Tenant Certificate, which will indicate whether there is a risk in any area (look at sample Certificate)

What does the verification process involve?

We need to confirm that you are who you say you are. The identity verification can be done in three ways and you can choose which method suits you best.

Income verification
We verify the employment status and income of the tenant. We compare the net income with the expected rent. The landlord or real estate agent will receive information on whether the tenant's net income exceeds twice the rent. In case of negative income verification on the Tenant Certificate, a range will appear indicating the income, for example, "less than 1.5 times the rent"

What does tenant verification look like?
Tenant verification includes a few simple steps that you can do fully remotely without additional formalities.

  1. Register at

  3. Buy verification.
  4. Generate a verification link.
  5. Send the tenant a verification link to the e-mail address using messenger or SMS.

That's exactly what we need from you to allow the tenant verification. After receiving the verification link, the tenant undergoes a three-step process to confirm their identity, income, payment and credit history. We will keep you informed about the results of the verification in the reports tab and via electronic correspondence. After verification conducted by the tenant, you will receive a report containing the Tenant Certificate with the final result and the results of individual verification stages.
What is checked during tenant verification?
The solution from allows for remote verification of the tenant, which involves:

  1. Confirmation of the tenant's identity.
  2. Checking the amount of the tenant's income, whether they are at a sufficient level compared to the rent. We verify whether the tenant earns at least twice the rental fees, i.e. if the given amount for the rental is PLN 2,000, we will check whether the tenant earns at least PLN 4,000.
  3. Verification whether the tenant's payment and credit history contain information about late payment of his obligations.
How important are the verification packages?
The validity of the verification depends on the selected package. In the Basic package it is 6 months, in the Professional 12 months, and in the Enterprise package over a year. Learn more from the Pricing tab.␣
How do you take care of customer safety?
Safety of users is our priority. We cooperate with specialized institutions and trusted partners. We pay special attention to data protection – thanks to this, the entire verification process guarantees the safety and comfort of both parties to the rental. Sensitive data is encrypted and is not transferred to other entities. In addition, we appear in the register of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and demonstrate compliance with the PSD2 and GDRP guidelines.
