What does the verification process involve?

Identity verification
We need to confirm that you are who you say you are. The identity verification can be done in three ways and you can choose which method suits you best.

What is a Tenant Certificate?
The Tenant Certificate is the result of the tenant verification process carried out by simpl.rent. It takes place with the consent of the tenant – quickly, safely and remotely without the need for additional formalities. A potential tenant receives a dedicated link that is an invitation to verification. Then he independently chooses how he wants to confirm his identity and revenue. Verification of payment and credit history is carried out automatically on the basis of data from economic and credit information bureaus. It can take up to several minutes to undergo all the stages of the credibility check, depending on the verification way chosen and the tenant's involvement.
How to verify the tenant?
Tenant verification involves a few simple steps that you can do fully remotely without additional formalities.

  1. Register at simpl.rent.
  2. Log in to simpl.rent.
  3. Buy verification.
  4. Generate a verification link.
  5. Send the tenant a verification link to the e-mail address, selected messenger or SMS.

It is exactly what we need from you to enable the tenant to undego verification.

After receiving the verification link, tenants undergo a three-step process to confirm their identity, income, payment and credit history. We will inform you about the results of the verification on an ongoing basis in the reports tab and via electronic correspondence. After verification complited by the tenant, you will receive a report containing the Tenant Certificate with the final result and the results of individual stages of verification.
Who can I verify?
