The certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of issuance. Documents prepared before the effective date of the new law (April 28, 2023) are valid for the period they were issued. It's worth noting that the validity of the certificate may expire earlier if construction or installation work is carried out that alters the energy efficiency of the building (e.g., replacing windows, heating systems, insulating the building).
