How much does tenant verification cost?
In simpl.rent, there are two tenant verification options – one for individual customers and one for corporate customers. In the individual customer offer, you can purchase bundles ranging from 1 to 5 verifications. The bundle is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, and the unit price per verification is:
- 159 PLN for a single verification, which is a comprehensive check for one person,
- 259 PLN for a unlimited verification, meaning verification for up to 10 tenants for one property within 30 days.
Bundles for corporate customers start at 10 verifications with a net price of 75 PLN per verification. The bundle is valid for one year from the purchase date. The greater the number of verifications in the bundle, the lower the unit price. A 10% discount is granted for annual upfront payments.
The corporate bundle not only offers financial benefits but also additional opportunities, such as placing the company logo on the Tenant Certificate or participating in an affiliate program where we pay for successful referrals of simpl.rent products.
