Since when has simpl.rent been verifying tenants

We launched in 2019 and began verifying tenants in 2020, after establishing strategic partnerships with brands such as Otodom, OLX, PKO BP bank, and PZU insurance company. Leading real estate agencies use the simpl.rent platform, including homfi, Maxon, En Casa and RE/MAX.

We also collaborate with investment funds with large property portfolios, such as Resi4Rent, Vantage Rent, Zeitgeist Asset Management, Heimstaden and NREP. PZU recognises our Tenant Certificate as a factor that reduces the risk of rental transactions and enables the purchase of unpaid rent insurance at a discounted rate for verified tenants.
