If the tenant cannot meet the income verification criteria, there are alternative options to consider. One option is to add another person to the verification process, such as a spouse. In this case, the verifying person must generate a new verification link, send it to the second tenant, and then contact the simpl.rent team to combine both verifications.

Another option is to consider other sources of income, such as child support, the 500+ program, or a scholarship.
