What is the Tenant Certificate?

The Tenant Certificate is the result of tenant verification conducted through our portal, simpl.rent. It is performed solely with your consent – quickly, securely, and remotely without additional formalities. First, you receive a dedicated link from the property owner (landlord) as an invitation to verification. You then choose how to confirm your identity and income level. The verification of payment and credit history is done automatically based on data from business and credit information agencies. The entire process can take as little as 2 minutes depending on the selected method.

We work with specialized institutions and place a high priority on data protection – ensuring the verification process provides security and comfort for both parties.

What does the verification process involve?

Tenant verification with simpl.rent involves checking:

Your identity.
Whether your income level allows you to rent the property without negatively impacting your household budget. We check if your income exceeds twice the rental cost.
Whether there are any signs in your payment history that indicate difficulties in paying dues or a risk of late rent payments.

Who can I verify?

The simpl.rent service automatically verifies individuals (group verifications of up to 5 people, as well as verifications for foreign nationals, are available). If you wish to verify a company, please contact us by email at info@simpl.rent.

How much does verification cost?

simpl.rent offers two tenant verification options – for individual and business clients. For individual clients, verification packages from 1 to 5 verifications can be purchased. The package is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, with an individual verification price of:

159 zł for a single verification, a comprehensive check of one person,
259 zł for a multiple verification, allowing up to 10 tenants to be verified for one property within 30 days.

Packages for business clients start with 10 verifications at a rate of 75 zł net per verification. The package is valid for one year from the purchase date. The larger the number of verifications in the package, the lower the unit price. A 10% discount applies for annual upfront payment.
