Tenant Verification
Are there any requirements for the devices used for verification?
You can perform verification on a computer, laptop, or mobile devices with internet access, having a minimum screen resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels. Verification is done through a web browser, and there is no need to download any applications. Supported browsers include:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Opera
- Android
- Safari (iOS)
To perform identity verification through a "video selfie" (remember that there are other verification methods that do not require this), you need a webcam or built-in camera in your mobile device with a minimum resolution of 1.2 megapixels.
