As a potential tenant, how do I obtain a positive Tenant Certificate?
To obtain a positive Tenant Certificate, you must successfully complete all 3 stages of the verification process:
- Identity verification
- Credit history verification
- Income verification, confirming your average net income from the last 3 months is at least twice the rent.
