simpl rewards system
The simpl rewards system is a way for you to receive points from your landlord – as a gesture of appreciation for positive rental actions, such as timely payments or taking care of the property. You exchange points for gift cards, codes, or vouchers to popular brands available on our website. Points are awarded exclusively by the landlord (property manager or agency) participating in the program. They cannot be purchased or transferred to another person. A conversion rate of 1 point = 1 PLN applies toward gift card redemptions. Points are not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Claiming awarded points
When your landlord awards you points, an email message will be sent to your email address containing a "Claim reward" button.
Points go to the account created with the same email address to which the reward was sent – after clicking, simply log in or create an account using that email address.
Exchanging points for rewards
You exchange points for gift cards, codes, or vouchers to popular brands. The list of available rewards is visible after logging in under the Benefits tab, and we regularly expand it.
- Log in to your tenant account.
- Go to the Benefits tab and click "Exchange points".
- In the brand catalog, select a brand (e.g., Allegro, Empik, Rossmann, or Żabka), and then select the card denomination.
- Confirm your selection with the "Next" button.
The link to collect your card will be sent to your email address, and you can also find the details in your account. Remember that gift cards have expiration dates determined by their respective providers.
Balance and points history
After logging in, go to the Benefits tab – in the Your points card, you will see the total of available points. After clicking "Points history", you can review all events: points awarded and redeemed, the event date, expiration date, sender or brand, the balance after the change, and the event number. For redeemed points, you can also view the details of the claimed reward.
You can exchange points for rewards within 3 months of claiming them – you will find the exact expiration date for each pool of points in your history. We will remind you about upcoming expiration dates via email.
