A potential tenant receives a personal link to begin the verification, and then chooses how to confirm their identity and income. Verification of their payment and credit history is done automatically using data from financial and credit information bureaus. It can take up to a few minutes to go through all the stages of the credibility check, depending on the verification path.

Landlord insurance is a solution that provides rent protection and at the same time protection against various risks associated with renting. With landlord insurance, you can insure a property that is already in the process of being rented. You will receive protection in the event of delays on the part of the tenant or a break in the rental due to the destruction of the property, as well as legal expenses, support in the form of assistance services and insurance of household and real estate. In addition, depending on the selected package, you can extend the protection- to protect items from breakage and to have third party liability insurance in private life.
