Can I use insurance for room rents?
It doesn't matter if you want to insure an entire apartment or a room for rent – you can use the insurance.
In the case of room rents, each tenancy agreement must be insured separately. For example, if you have 4 rooms for rent, you must purchase 4 independent policies to secure all payments from tenants. It's essential to provide the room number/designation during the purchase process.
