How are claims handled?

After making a claim, you will receive an automatic confirmation from PZU with a claim number. If additional information is required, a Customer Service Representative from PZU will contact you.

Both the tenant and the injured party will be involved in the claims process - documents from both sides are required and being responsive facilitates the process.

PZU has 30 days to assess the case and provide an initial response. The deadline may be extended if additional information is needed to make a decision.
