In case of damage covered by tenant insurance and rent payment insurance, you can make claims directly from your simpl.rent account.

• With the appropriate policy, expand the three dots and select "Make a claim."
• Fill out the form, then download the document in PDF format.
• Send the form along with the required documents to kontakt@pzu.pl.
• Give message the title "[policy number] - safe renting with simpl.rent - email contact."
• If you prefer not to be contacted by email only, remove "email contact".
• You will receive a claim number, and a designated PZU representative will contact you if additional documents are required.

For damages covered by home assistance insurance, please report the claim by phone to the PZU team at +48 801 102 102 or +48 22 566 55 55. For damages covered by legal expenses insurance, please report the claim by phone at +48 22 505 16 04.

For property insurance claims, you can report them directly to PZU by email or by phone.
