How does verification work for individuals from abroad?
Even without a PESEL number, you can successfully complete the verification process on simpl.rent. For tenants from outside of Poland, we verify income based on appropriate documents or data from bank account login. We support banks from Poland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Portugal, and the Philippines. The full list of banks for bank account login can be found here. It is not necessary for the tenant to have income solely in Poland - simpl.rent also accepts income documents from abroad.
If an individual does not receive regular payments from an employer or if their bank is not on the list, it is necessary to submit relevant documents to complete the income verification process.
