How to order the address for an occasional lease agreement?
Step 1. Before placing an order, familiarise yourself with the regulations and prepare the necessary data for preparing the declaration:
- Data of all parties to the rental agreement.
- Dates of the rental agreement (start and end).
- Address of the rented premises.
- Delivery details for courier service.
Step 2. Register on the simpl.rent platform, fill out a short form, and choose one of two types of declarations:
- Paper document with a notarized signature.
- PDF document with a qualified electronic signature.
After selecting the declaration format, make the payment through the PayU service or choose payment upon courier delivery.
Step 3. After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation from okazjonalny.info to the provided email address.
If you choose the electronic format, the documents will also be sent to your email. In the case of a notarized signature declaration, the courier delivery will reach you within 2 business days.
Once the documents are complete, the tenant can visit a notary to finalise the occasional rental agreement.
