I am a student and not employed - how can I confirm income?
If you are financially supported by your parents, and they are responsible for rent payments, we suggest asking one of them to go through the verification process. Based on this, the landlord or real estate agency will make a decision on renting the property. The lease should then be made with your parent, and you should be listed in the document as an authorised occupant, often referred to as a tenant.
