To send an invitation, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Register or log in to simpl.rent.

Step 2. Go to the "Insurance" tab, then "Invite the tenant to purchase Tenant liability insurance" and click "New invitation."

Step 3. Specify the insurance start date and the property address, then press "Create invitation."

Step 4. Next, share the link with the tenant. You can also enter the tenant's email address, and we will automatically send an invitation to purchase.

Then it’s over to the tenant. If you want to receive information about the purchased policy, ask your tenant to consent to sharing the data when they make the purchase. You can also send the tenant instructions for sharing data on the policy.
