I’m a tenant. How do I buy tenant insurance from an invitation?
Step 1. Click on the invitation link sent by the landlord to your email. Make sure the sender is info@simpl.rent or your landlord.
Step 2. Choose the bundle required by the landlord (or a larger one if you want additional coverage).
Step 3. Provide your information and specify the insurance start date.
Step 4. Enter the address of the rented property.
Step 5. Review the consents, declarations, and insurance T&Cs.
Step 6. Purchase the insurance. You can pay the insurance premium using BLIK, a quick transfer, or a debit card.
Step 7. Inform your landlord that you have purchased the policy and enjoy a secure rental period.
The policy document will be sent to your email address, and you can also find it after logging in, under the Tenant insurance tab.
