Is it possible to undergo verification as a group?
Yes. This can be an option for people renting a property with their partner or friends. Each person receives an individual verification link and their identity and credit history is verified. The group’s combined net income must be at least twice the total rent payment stated when generating the verification invitation.
We recommend signing a single tenancy agreement that covers all tenants with joint liability.
