Is the policy assigned to the property?

Yes. If insurance was purchased with a discount thanks to the Tenant Certificate, the insurance is assigned to both the property and the Tenant Certificate. If the purchase was made without the Tenant Certificate, the insurance is only assigned to the specific property.
