Is there a notarized signature on the declaration?
The okazjonalny.info service provider allows for the selection of the type of document, and it is up to the buyer to decide whether the declaration of consent for the tenant to reside in the company's property will be notarized. This is not mandatory; a simple written form is also acceptable.
It is worth noting that the situation is different for the tenant's declaration. After receiving the documents, the tenant must go to a notary to sign the declaration of submission to execution.
