The service is dedicated to tenants from Poland and abroad, landlords, as well as letting agents and property managers who want to better protect their client's interests.

Who pays for the statement?

This is a matter of agreement – there is no market standard defining who covers the cost of the statement. The decision depends on individual arrangements between the landlord and the tenant.

Ordering an address for an occasional lease

An address for an occasional lease agreement – meaning the statement designating an alternative premises together with the owner's consent – is ordered online through [simpl.rent](https://simpl.rent/en/occasional-lease). When ordering, you choose the document format: paper with a notarized signature or PDF with a qualified electronic signature.

How to order an address?

You place an order in three steps:

Before ordering, read the terms and conditions and prepare the necessary details: information for all parties to the agreement, lease dates (start and end), address of the rented premises, and courier delivery details.
Register on simpl.rent, fill in a short form, and choose one of the two statement formats: a paper document with a notarized signature or a PDF with a qualified electronic signature. Then pay for the order via the PayU service or select payment upon delivery to the courier.
After payment, you will receive confirmation from okazjonalny.info at the specified email address.

For the electronic format, the documents also arrive by email; for the statement with a notarized signature, the courier delivery arrives within 2 business days. Once all documents are collected, the tenant can go to the notary to finalize the occasional lease agreement.

What details should be prepared?

To prepare the statement, the following details are required:

first and last names of the landlords listed in the lease agreement;
first and last names of the tenants listed in the lease agreement;
duration period of the agreement;
exact address of the rented property;
invoicing details (first name, last name, and exact address of the payer including street, city, and postal code);
courier shipping details (in the case of the version with a notarized signature).

Statement formats and delivery

There are two document formats to choose from, which determine the delivery method and execution time:

Statement with a notarized signature – sent by courier to the specified address; execution time is 1–2 business days.
PDF statement with a qualified electronic signature – sent by email; execution time is 1 business day.

The buyer decides whether the statement from the alternative property owner should be notarized – simple written form is acceptable. The requirement for a notarial deed applies to a separate document: the tenant's declaration of voluntary submission to enforcement.

Price and payment

Ordering an address costs PLN 399 gross, payable online (PayU) or upon delivery to the courier. The amount is a one-time, fixed fee, regardless of the occasional lease agreement's duration or the number of people signing it.

Order fulfillment and shipment status

For the paper statement with a notarized signature, the shipment is sent via DPD courier. Once the order is accepted, the tracking number will appear in your simpl.rent account under the "Occasional lease" tab, and you can check the current status on the DPD website.
