Rent policy management
After purchase, you manage your policy independently from your account – from the panel, you can download documents (policy, policy summary, and T&Cs/OWU), report a claim, and – up to the 10th month of coverage – cancel the policy. For other changes, such as updating details when changing the property owner, please contact our team.
Managing an active policy
Managing your policy from your account
After logging in, go to the Insurance tab and open the menu next to the selected policy. From here, you can download a full set of documents – policy, policy summary, and General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs/OWU) – as well as report a claim and cancel the policy.
Policy cancellation and premium refund
The rent insurance policy is concluded for a period of 12 months. The policy can be canceled earlier, directly from the panel, up to the 10th month of coverage. After this period, the cancellation option is no longer available. The settlement method depends on the payment form: with a premium paid upfront for the full year, we refund the unused portion of the premium, while with monthly payments, we stop collecting subsequent installments.
