At simpl.rent, you can sign a lease agreement fully online – using an electronic signature (simple/non-qualified), without printing or scanning documents.

Agreements are sent by landlords, agencies, and property managers who use this service in simpl.rent. Accepting the agreement is free of charge for the tenant.

When the landlord sends the agreement, you will receive an email titled "You have been invited to enter into an agreement" with a "Go to agreement" button. If you have a simpl.rent account registered with that email address, the agreement will automatically be assigned to your account and you will find it in the Lease agreement tab, under the Your lease agreements view.

simpl.rent provides the tool to conclude the agreement, but is not a party to it – the terms of the agreement are agreed upon directly between the landlord and the tenant. The rules governing the service are described in the Terms and Conditions of simpl.rent Agreements.

You can access the acceptance view via the button in the email or by selecting the "Go to acceptance" option under the Your lease agreements view:

1. Review the contents of the agreement in the preview. Next to it, you will see agreement details, a downloadable PDF file, and the parties to the agreement along with information on each party's current stage – whether the agreement has been sent, viewed, accepted, or rejected.
2. Verify your details for accuracy – by accepting the document, you simultaneously confirm that the personal data in the agreement is correct.
3. Tick the statement confirming that you have read the Terms and Conditions of simpl.rent Agreements and the contents of the contract – only then will the "Accept agreement" button become active.
4. Click "Accept agreement" or "Reject agreement" if you do not agree with its terms.

Once the agreement is accepted by all parties, an Acceptance Sheet (Karta akceptacji) will be attached to the document, and the agreement itself will become available for download.
