At simpl.rent, we offer three types of verification to suit customer needs:

• One-time verification (full) - includes three steps: identity verification, credit and payment history verification, and income verification. A positive verification entitles the user to a discount on rent payment insurance.
• Multiple use verification (full) - same checks as in the one-time verification, but up to 10 tenants can be verified for a single property. Verifications can be done within 90 days or until a positive result is obtained. If the first tenant does not pass the verification, you can invite another tenant once the process is completed. This is also a convenient solution for verifying couples and groups, as it eliminates the need to purchase multiple one-time verifications.A positive result from this verification also entitles the user to a discount on rent payment insurance.
• One-time verification without income check - includes two steps: identity verification and credit and payment history verification. Income verification is not included. A positive result does not entitle the user for a discount on rent payment insurance.
