What does the Energy Performance Certificate include?
The template for an Energy Performance Certificate is determined by the Minister of Investment and Development (available on the government's website ). It primarily includes information about the person preparing the certificate, the address, a photograph of the property, technical parameters of the building, and energy demand.
In the subsequent section, the certificate contains an actual assessment of the property, detailed information and calculations, as well as recommendations for improving the energy performance characteristics. The certificate must also include a registration number assigned in the central registry and the auditor's signature. The absence of this information renders the certificate invalid.
