What does the rent payment include, and how to determine it?
Rent payment includes the rent payment specified in the tenancy agreement, including the rent due to the landlord, administrative rent, and costs related to the use of the apartment: electricity, gas, water, and waste disposal. This amount is paid by the tenant into the bank account specified in the tenancy agreement.
IMPORTANT! When determining the rent payment, remember to provide accurate values. If you underestimate the amount, the insurance compensation may not cover the damage.
