If you purchase insurance with the Tenant Certificate assigned to a tenant who moves out before the end of the insurance period, you have the option to cancel the policy without incurring any costs. You can do this directly from your landlord panel.

If you have paid the premium in advance for a year, you will receive a refund of any overpaid amounts. When a new tenant moves in, you can purchase a new policy and once again take advantage of the lower premium if the new tenant is verified.
