What information is needed to place an order?
Before placing an order, please prepare the necessary information required for the declaration:
- Full names of the owners appearing in the rental agreement.
- Full names of the tenants appearing in the rental agreement.
- Duration of the agreement.
- Exact address of the rented property.
- Invoice details (name, address of the payer with street, city, and postal code).
- Courier delivery details (for the version with a notarized signature).
