What is checked during tenant verification?

The simpl.rent solution allows for online tenant verification, which involves:

  • Confirming the tenant's identity.
  • Checking the tenant's income to ensure they earn at least twice the rent. For example, if the rent is 2,000 PLN, the tenant must earn at least 4,000 PLN net. Income verification is done according to the Income Verification Policy.
  • Verification of the tenant's payment and credit history, which assesses the risk of late rent payments.
