Group verification involves independent verifications of multiple tenants - each tenant will receive a separate Tenant Certificate, but the income verification stage will be combined for all (example below). If you are considering renting to a family, group of friends, or strangers, group verification will help you easily check whether all interested parties are credible and will be able to make payments on time. You need to send the generated link to each person being verified. During one process, you can verify up to 5 tenants.

For example, 3 tenants want to rent a property with a monthly rent of 5,000 PLN. During verification, we will check whether their combined income exceeds double the rent, indicating the risk of late payments. At the same time, we verify the identity of each tenant separately and their indebtedness in terms of payment and credit history.
