Who pays for the Tenant Certificate?
At simpl.rent, we offer verification bundles for landlords - owners of rental properties, letting agents, and professional rental management companies. Normally, the verification costs are covered by the party conducting the verification. However, we have noticed that some prefer the tenant to bear these costs.
