How can I check the status of my claim?
You can check the status of your claim in two ways:
- Via email at kontakt@pzu.pl. Please use the title: "[policy number] - [PZU-assigned claim number] - simpl.rent".
- Directly contacting the PZU helpline: +48 22 566 55 55 or +48 801 102 102.
