Buying insurance is just a few simple steps, and you can get your policy in as little as 3 minutes. If you want to save on your premium, you should verify your tenant before purchasing insurance.

How to verify your tenant step by step?

Step 1: Register or log in to simpl.rent.

Step 2: Go to the Verification/Verification bundle tab.

Step 3: Choose full verification, specify the number, and pay for the bundle.

Step 4: After payment, the bundle will be activated immediately – click "Verify Tenant" and send the verification link to the tenant.

Step 5: The tenant will undergo verification, and you will receive information about the Tenant Certificate result..

Is the tenant's certificate result positive? Great! Now you can purchase rent payment insurance at a reduced price.

Remember to choose the full verification bundle, which consists of 3 stages – only then will you be eligible for a premium discount.

So, how to buy insurance with a discount?

Step 1: Go to the Insurance, Rent Payment Insurance tab and click "Purchase Insurance."

Step 2: Indicate that your tenant has a positive Tenant Certificate and select the tenant from the list.

Step 3: Specify the rent payment you receive from the tenant.

Step 4: Customize the coverage as you wish.

Step 5: Fill in the details and set the insurance start date.

Step 6: In the summary, make sure the information is correct, choose the payment method, and click "Buy and Pay."

Voilà! After making the payment, you will receive an email with the insurance terms and conditions, policy summary, and your insurance policy.
