Policy management
After purchase, you manage your policy independently from your account – you will find all your documents there, as well as the option to renew the policy or change the insured address, for example if you move to a different rented apartment.
Managing your policy from your account
Once logged in, go to the Tenant Insurance tab and open the menu next to the selected policy.
The following actions are available in the menu:
- Download policy – download your insurance policy document.
- Download policy certificate – a simplified document confirming your insurance coverage, containing limited personal data. While it is not the policy itself, it comes in handy if your landlord asks for proof of active coverage.
- Report a claim – submit a claim using our dedicated form. You can read more about how the claims process works here.
- Download T&Cs – download the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance for your policy.
- Edit property address – update your property address if you are moving or if there was a typo during purchase.
