Although few people like dealing with insurance obligations, it's nothing too complicated, and you probably undertake many of these actions daily (even subconsciously). Remember a few things in particular:

• Comply with fire protection regulations.
• Take care of the items you own and conduct technical inspections and periodic checks if required.
• Follow the recommendations of equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
• Protect installations from freezing and maintain the correct temperature in the premises.
• Secure doors, windows, and other openings to ensure that no one from the outside can access the interior.
• Do not give keys to unauthorised persons.
