What is breakable items insurance?
Breakable items insurance provides compensation if an item is accidentally broken, such as an oven window.

What do you protect?
Objects made of glass, ceramics, stone, or conglomerate, such as windows and doors, glass furniture elements, shower cabins, mounted mirrors, kitchen countertops, oven windows, fireplaces, or microwave ovens, as well as sinks, bathtubs, and shower trays. It also covers outdoor items, such as glass or plastic balcony and terrace enclosures.
What are you protected against?
We will provide compensation if someone or something accidentally breaks objects in your home, for example, when:
- A pot lid falls onto the induction hob and breaks it.
- A perfume bottle falls onto the sink, causing it to crack.
- High temperatures cause the fireplace glass to crack.
- A child was playing with a ball in the room and broke the glass in the furniture.
- A draft caused a crack in the door's glass.
Exclusions
It is worth noting that not everything is covered by insurance, especially:
- Floor coverings such as tiles, and stone slabs.
- Items made of glass, ceramics, stone, or conglomerate before installation.
- Dishes and vases, light bulbs, jewellery, works of art, medical equipment.
- Phones, cameras, computer equipment.
- Damages resulting from scratching, scratching, staining, or changing the colour of items.
- Damage resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
