Why should tenants be verified?
Renting a property is a transaction worth tens or even hundreds of thousands of Polish zlotys per year. As a landlord, you expect your tenant to make timely payments in accordance with the signed agreement. The decision about whom to let your property to should also be based on the financial data. Our verification process is similar to those used in other countries such as the United Kingdom, where it is standard for tenants to undergo verification before signing a tenancy agreement.
